Porter is a goods transport agency catering to on-demand, intra-city goods movement. Through technology, We connect a highly fragmented largely SME customer base with a highly fragmented largely driver-cum-owner partner base.

Customers today do not find the goods vehicles at the time that they want. Even if they find one, there is significant negotiation around price and service. During the trip, there is significant co-ordination to keep track of the goods. We solve all of this for our customers.

Drivers today do not find trips. Even if they find one, they may not get a return trip. There is difficulty in getting paid on time. We solve all of this for our drivers.

As the fastest-growing leader in last-mile logistics, we have a pan India and International presence with operations spanning multiple cities. With a fleet size exceeding 750k driver partners and 15 million customers. Porter is at the forefront of this dynamic and rapidly expanding sector. About the Founders

Pranav Goel is the Co Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Porter. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst. Pranav Goel attended Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Uttam Digga is the Co-Founder and CEO of Porter. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst. Uttam Digga attended Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Founders' office is a small, elite team of 3 directly reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO.

As a member of the founders' office, you will get a front row seat into the workings of the entire company. You will participate in initiatives that the CEO finds most impactful.

The first circle of collaborators would be the second and third in commands of the senior leadership of the various departments within the company.

About the role / What will you own

You will own the rhythm of the business. This will include a mix of program management working through others and individual contribution. You will build primarily on the craft of program management.

To succeed at this role, you need the mindset of getting things done by influencing without authority. The role demands high integrity and professionalism.

The first circle of collaborators would be the second and third in commands of the senior leadership of the various departments within the company.

You will have direct impact on

  1. Having high quality business reviews on time.
  2. Increasing the leverage of the CEO's time by acting as a force multiplier.

  1. 1-2 years of post MBA experience.
